Although we know you will be taking excellent care of all items at your picnic, we know that accidents can happen; if a breakage occurs during your event please contact us to let us know. The breakage will then be assessed once collected and the item replacement cost be passed on to you. Any severe damage caused to our equipment must be paid for in full. This includes any food or drinks spilt on our rugs and cushions, water damage and irreparable breakages. This, of course, does not include practical things like grass/ dirt stains or general wear and tear.

To secure your package, a minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice and any outstanding balance must be paid in full 2 weeks before your event. 

All invoice pricing is valid for 48hrs until a deposit is made, Beyond this time all invoices are void if a deposit has not been received.

Cancellations are more than welcome, however, deposits will not be refunded within one week of your booking. This is due to the fact we do not have adequate time to fill the booking.

Living along the picturesque beaches, between the pine forests and next to the farm means that we are spoilt for choice when it comes to special picnic spots here in the wide bay. 

However, not all picnic spots are winners. There is an certain eye needed in selecting the perfect view. One in which we’ve proudly mastered after spending our days exploring nature in search of the ultimate scenery. 

The thrill of a day spent picnicking in the warm coast sun with the breeze through our hair is one we all deserve to experience. However, it will be pretty short lived if you pick a spot miles from the car and have to lug all of your picnic essentials there and back again. We feel the very same as a result if you book with us your chosen picnic destination must be within 50m from parking access.

It won’t be much fun for anyone involved if you set up at a picnic spot and then realise the nearest public bathroom is a mile away. A grave mistake for picnics celebrating a mum-to-be or your great granny’s birthday! All picnic spots on our list have public bathrooms accessible close by.

The warm rays of the summer sun! It may sound like a good idea in theory but believe us when we tell you, you do not want your guests, or beautiful cheese platters sitting out in the sun for hours while you picnic. Our picnic location recommendations have great shade options. 

As much as we’d love to, we can’t predict the weather and sometimes the weather gods will work against you. It’s for this reason that we 100% recommend having a plan B in place should it rain the day of your picnic.

We can set up inside no problem (as long as you have the space) or reschedule to a later date (subject to date availability).
